SHIPPING
We will process your order as soon as it is received. However, since
all items are hand made, it may take up to 7 days to ship. We will
let you know how soon your items can be sent. Once your items have
been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
SALES TAX
We are located in California. All orders shipped within California
are subject to state sales tax. If we are shipping outside of California
there is no sales tax.
RETURN
POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Take
up to seven days to get to know your new glass piece. If after this
period you are not satisfied we will be happy to receive it back
and issue a credit or refund using the same payment method.
Returned
items should be unworn and in its original condition. We will not
accept worn or used, or damaged items that were not broken during
shipping. Due to the nature of the items, we can only accept returns
and give refunds within seven days of the purchase. Past this period,
we can only offer store credit.
Due
to processing charges, returned items will have a 10% restocking
fee less shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable. Store credits have no expiration date.
No
exchanges or refunds for items on sale or for commissioned work.

your own protection, we recommend that returned items be re-packaged
in its original box, with plenty of bubble wrap or other “cushioning” material.
When repacking, make sure that the item does not move around the
box. Please ship your items by traceable mail. We also suggest that
you send the package insured. We are not responsible for items damaged
or lost in transit.
Please
include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your return.
GUARANTEE All
items are fully hand made using the highest craftsmanship and care.
If your item becomes damaged with use, please contact us to see if
it can be repaired. This mostly applies to jewelry items, which include
components other than glass, where we cannot guarantee its quality.
Repairs
are usually free, unless there is major damage. Please contact us
and we will discuss your case. If you are sending us an item for
repair, make sure to include return postage.
For
items other than jewelry, due to the fragile nature of glass, damage
usually means a chipped, cracked or broken piece, which can be caused
if proper care has not been exercised.
Normal
wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care or misuse is not
covered by this guarantee.

CARING
FOR YOUR NEW ITEMS Glass
is strong, durable and easy to maintain. Clean with soap and water;
avoid abrasive materials to prevent scratching the surface.
- JEWELRY
Caring
for your Silver Necklace and silver components
Wipe
silver parts with a soft flannel after wearing, to remove oils
and salts. Store in airtight plastic bags to slow the natural tarnishing
process of silver and avoid scratches. If tarnished, clean with
soap and water, or with toothpaste. Dry with a soft, clean, non-abrasive
cloth, and r ub lengthwise, as circular motion may cause scratches.
Store flat , to avoid kinking the necklace.
Proper use : cleaners, make-up, sun tanning lotion, salt water,
bleach, alcohol, may cause damage. For this reason, put silver
jewelry on after applying cosmetics, hair spray or perfumes.
Remove rings when gardening, using chemicals or abrasive objects.
Do not wear your jewelry to bed, swimming, in the shower or to
wash dishes.
Be careful with your jewelry and it can last a lifetime.
- DINING
WARE
Please
DO NOT microwave any of the items, as they are very likely to break.
Although it is not recommended, you can occasionally put them in
the dishwasher.
- CANDLE
DISHES
If
a container for the candle is used (especially tea lights) replace
soft metal cup with plastic or glass. Soft metal containers may heat
up the glass and cause it to crack or break.
- CANDLE SCREENS
make sure the flame from the candle is at least 1" away from the
glass to prevent cracking or breaking.
BROKEN
ITEMS If
an item arrives broken or damaged, please contactsales@sillice.com
within 48 hours of receiving the package. Again, dueto the nature
of the items, we do not accept claims for broken itemspast this period.
Please
keep all packaging and wrapping materials as they were received for
insurance claim purposes.
For
items broken in transit, full refund will be given, including shipping
charges.
